Frequently Asked Questions

  • We have reserved a hotel block at a discounted rate at Home2 Suites Downtown Birmingham under the Demmons-Quick Wedding. This Home2 Suites is also connected to a Hilton Garden Inn and both are less than a block away from the venue. The deadline to book under the block is May 2, 2025. Use this link to book.

  • The dress code will be cocktail/semi-formal attire, which can include cocktail dresses, suits, dress shirts and ties, or dressy separates.

  • Please arrive between 5:00-5:15 p.m. to allow time to park, mingle, and find your seat at the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.

  • The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at The Fennec, located at 1630 2nd Avenue South in downtown Birmingham.

    The venue is all indoors and wheelchair accessible. When you arrive, enter through the 2nd Avenue South entrance and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor.

  • We’re planning to reserve a lot across the street from the venue. There is also limited street parking surrounding The Fennec.

  • In order to maintain a limited guest list, we have only invited children from our immediate families. We appreciate your understanding!
